What will you learn?
Week 1
Starting BIG. Introductions, what is our purpose and what makes us unique. In this session we’ll talk through the foundations of your biz, the who, what, whys and hows and open the floor for everyone to connect and learn from each other.
Week 2
The ins and and outs of brand strategy and why it’s so darn important for your biz (this includes me walking you through each element of a brand strategy so that you can create your own!)
Week 3
Visual identity and brand consistency - we’ll talk through all the visual elements of your brand, how to stay consistent and also audit a few lucky brands and see what they’re doing right and where there are opportunities to grow.
Week 4
This is where we dive into new ways to reach your audience - online & offline. We’ll be joined by two very special guest speakers for an epic marketing panel discussion, plus we’ll run a mastermind with the group to share strategies on how to better reach your audience and build those all important connections with them.
Week 5
It’s live marketing audit time! This is the chance for you to ask all of your questions about your current website and branding. Using specific examples from businesses in the program, we will bring up live on screen examples of quick changes that could be made to make your business more successful, profitable and memorable.
Week 6
We’ll end our 6 weeks with an online celebration and group discussion. I’ll facilitate a free and open discussion around specific burning questions from the group. Something you have been wondering for a while? Question from the last few weeks? Now’s your chance! It will also be a great opportunity to chat once more to your fellow group members. You never know what networking or collaboration opportunities could come from participating in the program!
