When Inka Creative was founded by our Creative Director Sara Borowiak in 2014, her vision was to build a creative agency that helped people. Not just to support them with their marketing endeavours, but to have a positive and lasting impact on their businesses and lives.

At Inka Creative, Sara Borowiak inhales your personality, energy and depth and exhales your brand's story. Founder and Creative Director since 2014, Sara has a knack for creating beautiful things, an eye for design and a love of bringing people and brands together. With a curious soul and an open mind, Sara wanted to make an impact in the business community by creating an agency that helps brands build, grow and develop through strategic and creative action.
With over 15 years worth of experience working globally in marketing, events and brand strategy, Sara has personally collaborated on diverse projects for brands like Hyatt, The British Museum, National Geographic and Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. And across many industries locally including real estate, health and wellness, hospitality and design, to name a few. With an in-depth knowledge and a creative and strategic approach to brand development, marketing and communications, Sara has brought together her passion of unlocking people’s full potential, with her talent for creating meaningful and memorable brands.

But her commitment to helping people thrive doesn’t just stop with Inka Creative. An avid contributor to her community and making friends wherever she goes, Sara was the ambassador for entrepreneurial organisation The League of Extraordinary Women, a committee member and event organiser for the West Is Best business group, and is now sharing her wisdom and experience as a director on the Board of the Williamstown (VFL) Football Club. Leaving a truly meaningful impact on more than just brands and marketing, Sara helps businesses, entrepreneurs and people within her community connect, grow and flourish.

Kara Burton
Digital Content Creator
Mystified and pleased as to how the social and creative landscape unfolds in front of her, Kara has always had a deep love for intricate narratives - whether they be written, verbal or visual. A bookworm and amateur film photographer from a young age, she draws inspiration from many things - but mostly general worldly observations, language and other creative work.
Kara’s ability to regurgitate information into a written or visual language that hugs your brand in all the right places, whilst speaking effectively to your audience is truly amazing. She can harness the whisper of your brand values and purpose and make them come to fruition through digital content, across many platforms.

Kara began her creative journey in high school, attending an art school that aptly fostered her creativity. She then went on to study visual arts, visual merchandising, and finally digital media. You will always find Kara with a book in-between her nose, music in her ears, meditating - or of course, making beautiful content for your business.
As the Digital Content Creator here at Inka, Kara enjoys all things creative execution and helping businesses build or better their brand in a holistic and cohesive way.

Calm, composed, soothing and intelligent - Lisa is your go-to lady for anything and everything. As our project manager, Lisa makes up an integral part of the supportive foundations that keep Inka running smoothly, as well as so much more.
After a vastly successful stint in corporate event management in both Australia and the UK, a fateful moment led Lisa to realise her passion for creating, cultivating and empowering a solid connection between businesses, their brand, their customers and their ‘why.’

What’s in a name?
After travels through Peru and other parts of South America, Inka Creative founder Sara was fascinated by the ancient civilisation of the Incas. This incredible empire grew quickly and spread through the continent. They were forward thinking, creative and clever. Many of their stunning structures such as the famous Machu Picchu still stand today making it clear that their thinking and skills were well before their time.
Although the Incas were around for less than 100 years, their effect on history and the way they are remembered today is undeniable.
Inka Creative draws inspiration from this to create unique and memorable brand experiences for its clients.
