Their goals?

In an industry that has found its stage on Instagram, standing out with a unique personality and voice is vital. Romy wanted to carve out her own space and find her unique voice. This, we agreed, would elevate her brand and raise her personal profile, which were two of Romy’s overarching goals. From this, we would take Romy and Homeroom Studio’s elevated brand status and use it to land more of the commercial clients and collaborative projects that excited her and made her heart sing.

 

Enter Inka

When you meet Romy in person, she lights up the space around her with her passion and style. We needed to take this feeling and translate it onto her platforms. So we deep dived into her brand and uncovered her unique essence, creating a set of brand guidelines that defined and helped her express her one-of-a-kind voice. We paired this with an in-depth social media and digital strategy and content creation to show the world the version of Romy that we saw in real life. 

With the foundations laid and her personality shining through on socials, we knew it was time to get her brand out there. This is where two of our all time favourite influencer and brand collaborations blossomed -A beautiful nursery reveal collaboration with well-known Instagrammer and influencer Abby Gilmore and an epic 7 month brand partnership and collaboration with coveted Melbourne athleisure brand JAGGAD and it’s Creative Director Michelle Greene.


What happened next?

We positioned Romy as the premium design powerhouse that she is and used the power of social media and carefully crafted collaborations to cement Homeroom Studio as a true leader and expert within the Interior Design industry. The powerful combination of crafted content that spoke to her audience, innovative influencer marketing campaigns and a targeted PR campaign saw Romy and Homeroom Studio’s brand awareness skyrocket. 

With her bolstered reputation and a string of impressive collaborations, partnerships and PR + Media features under her belt, Romy began to land opportunities such as partnering with furniture giant GlobeWest, pitching to Dulux Australia and hosting Channel 10’s ‘Australia By Design’ show. She is working with commercial brands who truly excite her and gaining incredible residential projects at the same time. We absolutely loved helping Romy solidify hers and Homeroom Studio’s place as a key player in the Melbourne design world.
