A holistic skin wellness centre, St. Skin combines a nurturing environment with proven dermatological technology to create a haven for you and your skin. Owners Maryan and Leelah’s clear passion for skin is nothing short of contagious. Their number one objective is to make people look and feel great, and their unique vision for their brand was so exciting that we were thrilled to play our role in their rebrand.

Their goals?

Maryan and Leelah had a unique vision to transform their already established skin clinic into a brand new skin wellness centre on Flinders Lane. Their dream was to showcase the premium service that they offer and become a coveted clinic in the Melbourne skin and beauty space. For us, this meant a new name, a strategic rebrand and relaunch and a new way to make people look and feel great in their own skin.

 

Enter Inka

First things first, a name change to better reflect their vast knowledge, experience, high-end offering and premium location. And after much deliberation… St. Skin was born!

Whilst the owners of the newly named St. Skin were working on renovating the space and perfecting their treatment offerings, Inka was busy piecing together St. Skin’s new look and feel. Once we completed a full brand strategy and style guide - which established everything from brand voice and key messaging right through to colours, fonts and logos - we rolled out their new branding across all of their channels and platforms. Then we connected and partnered with influencers to get the word of their rebrand out and planned a killer event to relaunch St. Skin with a bang.

What happened next?

A brand new name and a brand new look saw St. Skin reinvent themselves as a premium, industry leading brand. With a super successful launch, multiple well-known ambassadors shouting St. Skin’s praises and a well-thought out customer journey that ensured every aspect of their customer’s experience was on-brand, St. Skin elevated their position in the market and their standing as industry pioneers. There’s truly something powerful about overhauling a brand from top to toe, learning absolutely everything there is to learn about them, piecing together their strategy, designing every element of their brand, and seeing them re-emerge into the world transformed and ready to conquer, convert and connect with their audience. Ahhh it gives us goosebumps.
